Torture Garden June Ball

I'm gearing up for Torture Garden in Brighton this weekend. I'm going with my gorgeous pal Michelle, the lady behind Michelle Mildenhall Hats (see the lovely picture of Morgana wearing LLL and one of Michelle's creations!).

Anyway, it reminded me that I hadn't blogged about the TG June ball. It was a fabulous night, not least because I got to wear my Minnie Mouse outfit, which I think is my new favourite thing! I spied a couple of others looking lovely in Lady Lucie, too, including Janette Slack, cowgirl extraordinaire. Thanks to Dafydd Owen for the lovely photos.

Torture Garden remains one of the friendliest and wonderfully extravagant nights out, so here's to the weekend!

Torture Garden Italy 2012

I had the pleasure of visiting Rome to do a fashion show with Torture Garden Italy, (I know i'm very lucky!) it was an amazing trip, and such a beautiful city. The parties were great, the Friday night was a more casual & relaxed cocktail party in a gorgeous outdoor location. I wore a latex Body Harness with Bow hair clip over a figure hugging pencil dress. I love accessorizing my 'civvies' with latex!

Saturday Night was a great chance for me to show off some of my classic and favorite designs on Italy's finest, it was a great night, the models were beautiful and the crowd VERY up for the party!

Badass latex!

This pair are a couple of the most stylish and original that i know, and that i have the pleasure of making custom latex for, they came to me with the uterus idea and picked a couple of awesome colours (Violet & Vibrant Yellow) to make these coordinating outfits, which are the stuff of legends! It took hours of hand cut applique work - I loved this project and i love these guys!

Iberian Black Arts & Lady Lucie photoshoot

I blogged last week about my Matt Christie shoot , but I also had a shoot with Iberian Black Arts recently. I lined up both shoots after realising I had a vast array of outfits that had never been properly shot.

I was delighted with the results, and it was wonderful being styled by Morgana; having a professional hair and make-up artist made an enormous difference to the end result of the shoot. The make-up style was very different to what I would normally go for, and I would *never* have been able to do the hair-style! Have a look at the piccies below!

Matt Christie & Lady Lucie photoshoot

I had the pleasure of doing a photo-shoot with Matt Christie last week, it was my first ever photoshoot! Im used to having my photo taken in clubs but never in a studio setting. I hadn't met Matt before but i had seen his work around - Matt is awesome! he made me feel comfortable and relaxed (i was pretty stiff and nervous to start with) and i think it shows in the photos.

It was a pleasure to work with Matt, i would recommend him and i'm very happy with the photos, i love the way he captured me.

Tessa by Gilles Berquet

I was archiving some emails recently, and I realised I hadn't properly pimped out these wonderful pictures of Tessa wearing the Lady Lucie cupless bow suspender dress, taken by Gilles Berquet.

Tessa is one of my favourite models and, without giving too much away, I can say that we will soon have some more fabulous pictures of her to show you. We've seen the contact sheets already, and they are AH-MAY-ZING.
